Welcome to La Flor! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Orders & Processing

-All bouquets and arrangements are made to order to ensure freshness.

-Orders must be placed at least 4 days in advance to allow for preparation.

-Custom requests are welcome, but availability of specific flowers depend on seasonality and supply.

2. Payments

-Total paid during checkout is just a deposit applied towards your current order. As customizations are finalized, an invoice with the true total will be e-mailed for approval.

-Full payment is required at pick-up or before delivery.

-Prices are subject to change based on market conditions, but customers will always be informed of pricing before completing an order.

3. Delivery & Pick-Up

-We currently offer pick-up at Anderson Creek Plaza at requested and approved dates and times. Deliveries are subject to an additional fee depending on the location.

-It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. If an incorrect address is provided, additional charges may apply for redelivery.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

-Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery/pick-up for a 50% refund and 48 hours for a full refund.

-Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer refunds once an order has been delivered or picked up. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right.

5. Floral Substitutions

-We strive to use the flowers shown in our photos and descriptions, but availability may vary. If a specific flower is unavailable, we will substitute it with a similar flower of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and color palette of your order.

6. Care & Responsibility

-Once flowers are delivered or picked up, they are the customer’s responsibility. Proper care (such as keeping them in clean water and out of direct sunlight) will help extend their freshness.

7. Privacy Policy

-We respect your privacy and will never share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill your order (e.g. payment processing, delivery services).

8. Changes to Terms

-La Flor reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
