How long does my order take to be ready?

Since all our arrangements are made-to-order, we do require a minimum of four-day advance to fulfill your order. We currently offer pick-up order in our partner and host location, Hesed Bodywork, in the Anderson Creek Plaza located in Spring Lake, North Carolina. For deliveries, the order is subject to an additional fee based on location. We strive to fulfill all orders in a timely manner, if any accommodations can be made due to availability, we will be more than happy to accommodate!

What is your return policy? 

Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery/pick-up for a 50% refund and 48 hours for a full refund. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer refunds once an order has been delivered or picked up. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right.
